Beef vegetable Spaetzle

1 chopped pepper
1/4 Red Onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 (c) the Carrot shreds (therefore bought the packaged)
1 tsp olive oil
1 can beef broth
2 tbsp, I can't believe its not butter

Saute vegetables in olive oil until tender. Add the broth and bring. Make a reduced. Add the butter does not thicken just before inserting the spaetzle.

3 c flour
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c water
2 eggs
1 tbsp dried Herb mixtures eristyksiin
1 tbsp Onion powder

Mix the dry ingredients, then the water and eggs mixed with a soft dough. Spaetzle Maker will drop rapidly boiling salted water. Boil for three minutes.

Add the sauce, toss the coat of arms.

I agree, the diets are a pain, exercise is pain, for me, walking is a pain. How you are doing these days? Oman healthy diet looks so. Whether it is a new picture once again?
