I'm 22. I'm 6 ' Tall and weighing 320 kg. I'm from forms (obviously), but I have a decent amount of muscle with my travel days. IM trying to get to 220 as soon as possible (about 11-12 months). What is the best diet burn fat and keep muscles? I run a 20 min daily and elevator. My BMR is 2824.
Any ideas?
