Dad fatty diet diabetes can give daughters

Your old man might give you a lot of things: his hot temperament, his big hairy legs, his old by Buick-but diabetes?

Apparently so, if you are a girl.

A new study has found male laboratory rats have a fatty diet increases the risk of their female offspring to diabetes.

Sounds like a strange form of mouse nepotism.

Research published in the journal Nature scientists fed by one group of men lab rats fatty diet, and another group of conventional diets. Not surprisingly, the rats on fatty diet became obesity and diabetes.

Then they gave the rats challenge trophies, boys with the girl rats normal weight after 13 weeks female pups obesity and diabetes, symptoms of diabetes. EEK!I mean, Squeak!

Researchers say obesity dad spermatozoa may be affected by their metabolic changes and somehow transferred to their offspring.

I am sure this happens with people too, but it's probably more training than nature.

Odds are, if your dad sits on the big breakfast steak, eggs, bacon, sausage, every morning you have to think there's anything wrong with that, and regularly nosh their own Logger breakfast, you'd probably have some health problems later in life, too.

My old man eats Cherrios with chocolate milk and sprinkle with sugar, fortunately I missed that habit then again I'm not chicken!
